Pricing FAQ
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade from your vendor account at any time.
Is there a minimum contract length?
No. The subscription renews monthly and you can cancel whenever you wish.
What happens if I reach my monthly offer limit?
We will notify you as you approach the limit and suggest a higher plan. New offers continue after an upgrade or at the start of the next billing period.
Does an offer count if the buyer never responds?
Not for a completely inactive buyer. If the buyer does not accept, decline, message or manually close the request within 96 hours, the open offer is returned to your monthly limit or extra offers.
Do you take a commission on sales?
We do not charge per transaction. You only pay the monthly subscription for the plan you choose.
Is the platform free for buyers?
Yes. Buyers can search and contact vendors at no cost.
