How requests arrive
The buyer fills in a structured form, we validate it and forward it to suppliers who match the make, region and part category.

As soon as a new request matches your selected makes and parts, you get a message with the details and a link into the dashboard.

How you send an offer
You prepare your reply in the dashboard. The buyer receives your offer and the rest of the conversation happens in the in-platform chat.

Enter price, condition (used, refurbished, new) and estimated availability.

Attach pictures of the part so the buyer has a realistic view before any visit.
In-dashboard chat
After your offer is sent, the rest of the conversation with the buyer happens through chat. All messages stay logged on the request.
Inactive buyer protection
If the buyer takes no action for 96 hours, the open offer is returned to your limit and the request closes automatically.

Vendor FAQ
Do buyers also pay for this platform?
No. Sending requests and reviewing offers is free for buyers. Vendors pay the subscription.
Do you take a per-sale commission?
No. The platform is billed only through the subscription. There is no commission on the sale and no broker margin.
Do I see the buyer’s contact details right away?
No. Communication with the buyer goes through the in-dashboard chat. This protects the buyer’s privacy and keeps every message logged against the request.
Can I route my own customers through a PoDi link?
Yes. From the dashboard you get your own referral link. When a buyer submits a request with your link you get 48 hours of exclusive priority to send an offer.
What if I do not have the part?
You simply do not send an offer. There is no penalty, no obligation to answer every request.
How do I filter which requests I receive?
In your profile settings you choose vehicle makes, part categories and regions. Anything outside that selection stops at our side.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Cancellation is recorded before the next billing period at no extra cost.
How are delivery and payment handled?
Directly between you and the buyer. PoDi does not process payments or arrange shipping.
How fast do I need to respond to a request?
There is no fixed deadline, but buyers usually accept the first serious offer. As soon as a matching request comes in, you get an email with a direct link into your dashboard.
Can we have multiple users on the same account?
Yes. Certain plans support multiple team members on the same vendor profile, with separate logins and action logs. Details are on the pricing page.
Do I get a public vendor profile?
Yes. A VERIFIED profile receives a public page with your details, supported makes and ratings. The page is indexed by search engines and works as an extra discovery channel.
Can I change my filters at any time?
Yes. You can update vehicle makes, part categories and regions in your profile settings whenever you want. Changes apply to requests that arrive after you save.
Can I edit or withdraw an offer after sending it?
Yes, up until the buyer takes action. You can edit or cancel an open offer from the dashboard. Once the buyer accepts, further changes are negotiated through the chat.
Request volume depends on the parts you cover, your region and the season. PoDi does not guarantee a specific number of sales or revenue growth.
